Payments
AATMAN TRAILS accepts payments through Bank Transfer and Online through Master / Visa – Credit or Debit Cards
Online payments made through Master / Visa – Credit or Debit cards will attract an additional charge of 3.5% on the total amount.
Remittance fee while making payment through Bank has to be borne by the Overseas Agent / Traveler.
Cancellation Of Tour
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to us by email to AATMAN TRAILS.
Cancellation charges will be as under:
  • Between 45 and 30 days – US$ 100 Per person
  • Between 29 and 20 days – 25 % of tour cost.
  • Between 19 and 10 days – 50% of tour cost.
  • If cancelled less 9 days from the start of tour, NO REFUND
Air Ticket Booking , Payment & Cancellation Policy
FIT domestic flight/s cannot be BLOCKED & direct ticket has to be purchased against deposit of full payment.
Date change request:
  • If ticket is issued under Non-Refundable Fare no date change can be done and the change requested shall be considered as new booking, without any refund/adjustment of original ticket.
  • If the ticket is issued under Refundable Fare, then any date change request will attract date change charges & fare difference as available at the time of making the changes which shall advised accordingly.
Indian Railway Ticket, Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
  • There will be no refund for any train tickets once the ticket is issued / booked.
  • There is no provision for date change & if any change is required the booking will be considered as new booking.
  • Confirmed berths or seats totally depend on availability of berths or seats at the time of booking. Ticketing is done through computerized system, with all seats and berth being randomly allotted by central reservation system (CRS).
Kindly note that Indian railways starts bookings 120 days in advance and after that its first come first serve basis.
Children Policy
  • 0 - 5 years and below - Free without any extra bed
  • 05 years up to 11 years - 80% of adult cost with an extra bed.
  • 12 years and above - Will be treated as adult.
Refunds
  • No refund or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport, admission fees, special shows and /or other services which are included in the tour price but are not utilized by the client.
  • Due to bad weather or any other reason beyond our control, if any additional services are needed by the clients, passenger will be responsible for his/her own hotels/lodge/meals/ flight tickets/ train tickets/ transport and any other expenses. Neither AATMAN TRAILS nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for additional expenses. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for weather condition/s, delay of flight/s, train, visa problem or road transport.
  • Once tour starts there will be NO Refund for any unutilized services. During tour, if there is meal in city restaurant, it will be provided at city restaurant only on fixed menu basis or as agreed, it cannot be changed for any hotel or any a-la-carte basis. It can be changed on direct payment basis by the guests but there will be No refund in any circumstances.
