Reservations
  • All bookings must be made through Delhi-NCR, India office only. Once the tour is finalized, we will be booking the accommodation & services (Land only) and status is sent to the traveler.
  • All confirmed bookings along with 50% of package price should be sent to us at the time of confirmation
  • The balance payment should be remitted 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the trip
  • Any bookings made less than 4 weeks before the date of departure, the entire Invoice amount has to be payable at the time of bookings. The company reserves the right to treat any failure to follow the above, as cancellation of the booking.
While we are sending status of bookings, we will share time limit for deposit to suppliers, failing time limit may cause of cancellation of our confirmed bookings by our suppliers. In that condition we will not be responsible and we will not honor our previous quotation. To reinstate, the same booking, maybe cost will be changed; it will totally be depending by our suppliers (Hotels, transport, airlines, railways, etc.). This should be followed strictly.
Hotels Policy
  • Standard Check-in time is 1200 hrs & with some hotels 1400 hrs.
  • Standard Check-out time with hotels is 1200 hrs
  • Early Check-in / Late Check-out, is solely at the discretion of the hotel’s management which is subject to availability of rooms.
  • Early breakfast will be depending upon hotel management, if not then the hotel shall provide a Cold breakfast.
  • The company AATMAN TRAILS offers hotels based on the request / choice made by the guest. It is advised that Foreign Tour operators / Guests to view hotels on the web sites and their reviews. If any questions / doubts exist, the same should be cleared prior to making reservations. NO Complaints on this would be entertained / accepted after the tour.
  • Twin Rooms are always subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Responsibility
All the packages are sold under the business management of AATMAN TRAILS, and the company reserve the right to cancel or to alter any package condition if required. Neither AATMAN TRAILS nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accidents or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action, illness, bad weather, strikes/ riots, war, civil disturbances, fire, floods, road block, acts of gods, acts of government or of any authorities etc. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for such unforeseen condition.
Meals & Beverages
In India, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, at all local restaurants and in the Hotels restaurants, Beverages (Hard and Soft drinks) and any type of food brought from outside is not allowed to be use.
Also please note our cost does not include any type of drinks (Hard or Soft, bottled mineral water) while having meals at the local restaurants or in the Hotels until unless mentioned while finalizing the tour cost. Filtered water is being provided; it’s very safe to drink.
Meals
  • As per our policy, wherever we will send our confirmations for meals, they will be provided only at particular hotels / restaurants only. No change will be allowed, however if Foreign Tour Operator / Guests want to change, it can be done only on direct payment basis and No refund will be made for bookings done by us.
  • Hotel/ restaurant meals for Group/s, will be provided buffet style, in case the number of persons are low then the hotel/restaurant will serve table meals as per chef choice.
  • Pack Lunch / Pack dinner - As per itinerary as agreed will be provided along with menu agreed. All on sudden change for packed meals, whatever concerned suppliers (Hotels/restaurants) will provide, should be accepted. In that condition no demand will be entertained.
Complaints
In an unlikely event of customer being dissatisfied of over services, it should be brought to the notice of the company immediately during travelling period for rectification. No post tour complaints will be considered.
Other Conditions
  • Visit to wild life parks, adventure activities, etc. will be at guests own risk.
  • Optional tours and additional services shall be provided with additional cost on direct payment basis.
  • Insurance arrangements must be made by foreign tour operator / guests themselves before departing from their own country.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice, unless full payment has been received
